So we do us all a favour and give honest answers when we find a possible deal breaker.
From our point of view, we should always give you the least complex system to work with (FOX), when it covers your needs. Using the simpler system is not only less expensive, but also more effective and gives less room for possible user errors.. So RPX (Royalty Producer X) is meant for the companies that really need a more complex feature set.

The license price of FOX ranges between 2000 and 5000 EUR, depending on the feature set needed, the count of companies being administered and the number of bundle and assets to work with.
Additional costs for setup, data preparations and training may be necessary and will always be discussed with the customer ahead of a purchase. This way, we avoid hidden costs for the customers and at the same time prepare ourselves for all the work necessary to make you run smoothly. Typically, the setup fee ranges between 200 and 500 EUR, depending on the hours we spend.
Based on 20 years of experience, the minimum costs for a license, help for data integration and training is approximately 2300 EUR.

Desktop As A Service in the cloud
If you want to you use your software on a "Desktop As A Service" in the cloud, the monthly costs will increase by 30 - 40 EUR. This fee includes sufficient processing power, RAM and disk space, but you can scale up these parameters, when necessary, at additional (low) fees.
Please be aware that we do not offer "shared" solutions, where you may have to tolerate speed penalties because of other users using the same system. You get a secure, speedy desktop with a high band width internet connection that can be reached from a web browser on any computer in the world. We prepare your desktop and install all necessary components, as well as a backup strategy to be ready for use.
The initial, technical setup fee for your desktop in the cloud is 100 EUR.
The DaaS services we use do not impose any limits on usage time. You can run your royalty calculations unattended and you will be notified by email, when the process is complete. If you need support for managing your desktop, our standard support fees will be applied.

Support
We offer product support via email, phone and remote access. In certain cases we can work on-site at your company, when tight cooperation with your staff is necessary and fruitful for you. We charge 100 EUR per hour for online training and support, on site presence need to be discussed in advance and you will receive a reliable quote.
We conduct extensive talks with each new customer before the purchase to determine their needs and to offer a reliable quote for both, the software license and training / import work necessary to get a fully working royalty system. So every new software purchase comes with specific hours of setup work, data preparations and training included to get you started as smooth as possible.
We charge a higher fee of 150 EUR per hour or 1000 EUR per 8 hour day for custom programming, but usually any custom programming is carefully discussed with the customer and conducted as a separate project with reliable, fixed quotes and planning in advance.
