Royalty Producer Pricing Policy

We are working for and with the independent music industry since 1996. Independent companies have to differ from old concepts and from one another in the age of the digital music business. There is no “one size fits all” for these new business structures when we talk about pricing.

We understand that every company in the music industry has its own strengths, philosophy and objectives. We always try hard to find the best package for the best price for every indie company in the world. We take our time to talk to every company individually and we listen and learn carefully. More than 350 companies have found their perfect solution, smaller ones and bigger ones.

The prices for our Royalty Producer products, including all necessary training and import services, range from 2000 EUR to 8000 EUR. In 2012 we launched a new, “capital friendly” software class that has a tool character. These tools enable users to keep moving on in a growing digital business that induces tons of data, without the expenses for a full royalty system. Their price tag starts at 700 EUR. Training Included

Every purchase of a module includes one to three hours of initial training and support, depending on the module's complexity. The more modules you buy, the more training you get for free. The allocated hours are based on our 17 year experience in this business and are sufficient for most companies. Additional hours can be added at very low rates. We do not charge a global fee by incident. We only charge when a full hour of support has been reached.

OFFICER product updates

We constantly offer product updates for our current product line to implement ameliorations and to offer bug-fixing to all customers. Due to the fast pace of changes in the digital sector of the industry, we adapt to these changes frequently. Our support subscription model offers you constant product updates and reduced support fees. The first year of subscription to our support plan is mandatory. After the first year, you can quit our support program at any time. You will still receive support at our standard rates but product updates are note included anymore. This is a good option for customers who need no further support as they know the system already and their business structure is not changing.

Additionally, we provide new modules with attractive upgrade pricing. A new module adds noticeable new features. New modules are offered as upgrades to our exisiting customers and they can opt for a purchase. We do not force our clients to buy new modules. Please consider the difference between our policy and those of other companies on the market place.

Short facts about our update and upgrade policy

• Bug Fixing Updates = constant updates, released as needed, small handling fees may apply.
• New features sets are made available through Upgrades. You buy them only if you like them.
• The pricing of upgrades depends on the added modules and features.
