New Transporter Tool Ready For Prime Time

We are happy to announce our new email automation tool Transporter, that has been awaited by many users for some time. It is a valuable time saver for companies that have to send out a large amount of royalty statements. Transporter takes care of PDF and Excel generation and is able to send out even large amounts of emails with the right attachments to your licensors without user interaction. Transporter is a stand-alone solution for emailing statements in PDF and/or Excel format. It is an add-on to Royalty Producer and OFFICER CBS, where the royalty statements are initially generated. We offer a special pricing for Transporter: Every existing customer will receive our Royalty Producer/OFFICER CBS update to version 6.2 & 6.3 for free.

Preparing the mail-out in Royalty Producer / OFFICER CBS
Royalty statements are generated, as usually, in Royalty Producer or OFFICER CBS. The email options can be set in both applications at the “statement preferences” for each licensor. The generated emails can have attached the following documents: CoverSheet (PDF), TableSheet (PDF), TableSheet (XLS), WHTreport (PDF), WHTreport (XLS). A standard email text can be set in the system preferences. Sending royalty statements to Transporter is easy. Just select the statements you want to send with powerful search and filter options, then click “Export Marked To Transporter”.

How it works: Sending the statements with Transporter
When the statements have been exported, you just have to switch on Transporter with its sleek and easy to understand interface: (by the way: it’s our new application look for all great things to come in 2012)


Using Transporter is very easy. Just click on “Import New Statements” to import your latest statements, then click “Schedule Delivery” to set up a date and time when you want Transporter to start the mail-out. An important option of Transporter is the built-in email client. You don’t have to use your system’s email client and be blocked during email delivery. You just have to set up your email account details in the preferences:


During the mail-out, Transporter is informing you about the progress in a status window:
