Our support offers you fast and valuable help from professional experts. Our main concept is a steady development of the software product based on a direct relationship between you, the user and us, the developer. Our support program is based on updates, documentation and personal support via email, Skype or phone.
The first year of subscription to our support plan is mandatory. After the first year, you can quit our support program at any time. You will still receive support at our standard rates but product updates are note included anymore. This is a good option for customers who need no further support as they know the system already and their business structure is not changing.
Additionally, we provide new modules with attractive upgrade pricing. A new module adds noticeable new features. New modules are offered as upgrades to our exisiting customers and they can opt for a purchase. We do not force our clients to buy new modules. Please consider the difference between our policy and those of other companies on the market place.

The pricing of our support program subscription depends on the package you buy. It ranges between 20 EUR and 120 EUR per month.
Reduced Support Pricing
Our support subscription model offers you constant product updates and reduced support fees. The first year of subscription to our support plan is mandatory.50 EUR for one hour of support and training
80 EUR for one hour technical support, programming, data consolidation or import tasks.
Standard Support Pricing
When you end our support subscription plan, we charge our standard fees.100 EUR for one hour of support and training
160 EUR for one hour technical support, programming, data consolidation or import tasks.
Please note that every software package comes with certain hours of initial training and support for a reduced fee. The amount of included training and service hours will defined together with you, after we have a good overview of your needs and business structure. This service is sufficient for most users and can be extended - when needed - with additional support hours. We do not charge a global fee by incident. We only charge when a full hour of support has been reached.
